We collect the name, email, and phone you enter on a booking so the partner can confirm the trip and so we can send status updates. Those details are shared with the listing owner for that booking only.

Guests who book without an account get a device cookie that reopens the last request for 30 days. Emailed booking links use a one-time token for the same purpose. Create an account if you want every trip in one place.

If you separately opt in to a rebooking text, we store a normalized phone number, the consent time, and Twilio delivery status. We send one post-trip reminder featuring your captain. Consent is optional and is not shared for unrelated marketing. Reply STOP to disable future rebooking texts.

We do not sell guest contact lists. Support mail goes to tsnsupport@teamsaltynative.com. Ask there to correct or remove a booking contact record we hold.
